How do I RSVP?

When should I RSVP?
Please RSVP no later than June 1st, 2025.
Can I bring my kids?
Although we love your little ones, this is an adult-only affair. Thank you in advance!
Can I bring a plus one?
Unfortunately, we have limited space and cannot accommodate our lovely guests to bring a guest of their own. Plus ones are therefore by invitation only and we ask other guests to please not bring a plus one. Thank you so much for understanding!
Which events am I invited to?
All of our guests are invited to all three events - the welcome party on Saturday, August 23rd, the wedding on Sunday, August 24th, and the pool party on Monday, August 25th!

What is the dress code?

Welcome Party: Cocktail Attire
Wedding: Summer Formal Attire
Pool Party: Casual Attire + Bathing Suit
In general, we would love to see fun colors, styles, and textures - after all, we’re going to be in Spain!
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner will be held outside. Dancing will be held inside. Please note it may be quite hot in August!
How do I get to Barcelona?
There are direct flights to Barcelona (BCN) from New York, Chicago, Miami, Los Angeles, and San Francisco. From other states, you will likely have to layover somewhere. We recommend using Google Flights to keep an eye on flight prices.
Important: Make sure your passport expires more than 6 months after your return!
Update on ETIAS Visa Program: US Citizens will no longer require a visa to travel to Spain in 2025. This program is now scheduled to launch in 2026. No action is needed from you.
How do I get to Sitges?
From the Barcelona airport, you can take a taxi or bus to your accommodation in Sitges. If flying into the Tarragona airport is more convenient for you, you can then take a train from Tarragona to Sitges.
Where is the venue?
Our venue, Almiral de la Font, is located at Avinguda d´Olesa de Bonesvalls, Valles Altos, Sant Pere de Ribes, 08810 Barcelona. It is located 2km away from Sant Pere De Ribes and 6km away from Sitges. Barcelona is a 30 minute drive from the venue.
What is the shuttle schedule for events?
From Sitges, we will have shuttles arranged to take guests to Almiral de la Font for each event. The shuttle will pickup and dropoff from the corner of Av. de Nostra Senyora del Vinyet and Av. Sofia (3 minute walk from Hotel Calipolis).
Shuttle Schedule:
Welcome Party
To event: Shuttle departs at 5:30 PM
After event: Shuttle departs at 10 PM from Almiral de la Font back to Sitges
Wedding
To event: Shuttle departs at 5 PM
After event: Taxis will be available every 30 minutes between 12AM-3AM to take guests back to their accommodations
Pool Party
To event: Shuttle departs at 11 AM
After event: Taxis will be available between 2-4PM to take guests back to their accommodations
How do I get to the venue from Sitges by myself?
From Sitges, we will have shuttles to each event and either shuttles or taxis to return back to Sitges. See above for shuttle schedule.
If you prefer, you can also schedule a taxi or call an Uber/Cabify to or from our venue Almiral de la Font for events. See taxi company options that service the area near our venue below:

You are also welcome to drive to the events. You can park along the street outside the venue.
Are any rideshare apps available in Sitges?
Yes, Uber and Cabify are available in Sitges. It should be pretty easy to call an Uber/Cabify from Sitges to the venue, but may be more difficult calling one to the venue when returning to your accommodation. However, it is very easy to schedule taxis ahead of time to pick you up if needed (see taxi company phone numbers above).
Where should I stay?
You are welcome to stay at Hotel Calipolis for your stay in Sitges. We recommend booking a room from Saturday, August 23rd through Tuesday, August 26th if you will be attending all of the wedding events. Hotel Calipolis is a 12 minute drive to Almiral de la Font. Important: When booking, please make sure to add “Eva and Tyler’s Wedding” in the comments. Please book your room ASAP - they are already filling up!
There are also many Airbnbs and small villas you can rent nearby. We highly recommend staying in Sitges or Sant Pere de Ribes (and not Barcelona). We will keep the Staying in Sitges section updated with the latest information regarding travel and accommodations.
Is there parking at the venue?
Our venue has limited street parking. We recommend taking an Uber/Cabify or scheduling a taxi. If needed, you can park along the road outside the venue.
